Since its founding in 2019, One Team One Dream of the Capital District, Inc. has empowered young people and strengthened communities through mentorship, education, leadership development, and community engagement. The impact of this work has laid the foundation for what comes next.

The Tay & Miko Foundation is leading a thoughtful organizational transition designed to create a stronger, more sustainable framework for charitable impact. Pending final regulatory approvals and the completion of all required governance actions, the Foundation is expected to serve as the long-term philanthropic and strategic organization supporting our growing family of mission-driven organizations, including One Team One Dream of the Capital District, Inc.
